The Mark Twain is a storyteller's dream, featuring an entire floor dedicated to entertainment and events. With a stage for performances, a cozy lounge area, a top-notch movie theater, and a gourmet kitchen that's a chef's delight, it's designed for memories and merriment. The 18 bedrooms provide ample space for guests, and there's even room for a dance floor to keep the celebration going all night long.
The Hemingway
With 14 bedrooms offering some of the most captivating ocean views, The Hemingway is a seaside haven for relaxation and inspiration. The expansive deck space invites guests to breathe in the salty air and unwind, making it a perfect choice for those who wish to feel a close connection to the sea.
The Fitzgerald
The Fitzgerald is a blend of sophistication and entertainment with 14 spacious bedrooms. Its 3rd-floor living area boasts breathtaking ocean views, and the excitement continues indoors with a comfy movie theater and a fun-filled game room. Whether seeking relaxation or adventure, The Fitzgerald offers a rich experience for every guest.

Well it's been over 1 year since we tied the knot!!! What am awesome experience!! The homes are amazing! We even worked with the owners of the homes and they were very accommodating. The homes have everything you need to make your event very remarkable. There is plenty of parking, everything you need for the kitchen, the pools are heated and well maintained. Nice access to the beach and your own private drive. We stayed in the Fitzgerald and had the wedding ceremony behind the Hemingway, by the pool, we had about 34 people and plenty of room at the Fitzgerald for the dinner and the party! Sherri, our wedding planner did a wonderful job on decorating the house. The Mark Twain house is very nice and can accommodate a lot more people. All 3 house are very nice. We had the wedding dinner and the rehearsal dinner catered by Kelly's and the food was great! There is places to rent all your other party needs The 4x4 area is beautiful, especially in the morning with the sunrise! The homes come with everything you need to take care of any event you're looking at doing. If your looking for the wedding or event of a life time OBX 4x4 is the best, these homes will make it spectacular!

Wow wow wow! If you want wild beautiful horses wandering through your background and beautiful beach waves all around, THIS IS THE PLACE!! The host is so gracious and inviting. The property is grand with space and character. I love that there are three houses. Perfect for the bride side and the groom side or however you best want to house everyone.
It’s an adventure getting here in the sand! So much fun!! Photos turn out absolutely amazing. Cannot be more satisfied. Highly recommend! ❤️

My family and I had the luxury to stay at the Fitzgerald and the Mark Twain in 2 special occasions. The host was very hospitable. He was always quick to answered and guided us to what we needed. I personally enjoyed getting up to see the beautiful sunrise and the sound of the ocean waves. There are times I see the wild horses too. Definitely will come back here again.
